Your Valentine's Day Questions Answered
Is pick-up available?
Yes! Pick-up at the farm is available on February 13th to 15th between 10am and 3pm.
What days is delivery available?
Flower Delivery is available from Thursday, February 12th until Sunday, February 15th.
Where do you deliver to?
Delivery is available up to 50km away from the farm. This includes (but is not limited to):
- Mapleton - Alma, Drayton, Moorefield
- North Wellington - Mount Forest, Kenilworth, Arthur
- Minto - Palmerston, Harriston, Clifford
- Centre Wellington - Fergus, Elora, Belwood, Ariss, Inverhaugh
- Guelph, Eramosa, Rockwood, Puslinch, Aberfoyle
- St. Jacobs, Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Elmira
When will deliveries be completed?
Deliveries will be completed between 8am and 8pm on the day selected. Due to the high volume of deliveries, we are unable to confirm a specific time window when you order.
All recipients will be contacted, via phone, to ensure someone is home to accept the delivery. Please ensure you include the recipients phone number at checkout.
Can you complete a surprise/anonymous delivery?
No. If asked, we will inform the recipient who the delivery is from. If there is no note/message included with your delivery, we will write, "From: <<your name>>" on the card that accompanies the order.
