Our DIY Bloom Bar is made for those moments where people linger a little longer — baby showers, birthday celebrations, open houses, and team appreciation events. A simple, hands-on flower experience.
Choose between our Mini or Standard option. We’ll prepare the flowers ahead of time, cleaned and hydrated, so they’re ready for your event.
This is a self-serve experience — as the Host, you’ll set up the bloom bar and provide vases/jars and/or wrapping materials for your guests. Pick-up your bloom bar at the farm, or have it delivered to your home/venue.
Colour Palettes
Once your Bloom Bar is booked, you’ll receive an email from Emily to confirm your colour palette. Choose from one of the following:
- Whites + Greens
- Muted Pastels
- Bright Colours
- Grower's Choice
Palettes are seasonal and based on what’s looking best in the field at the time of your event.
Bloom Bar Size
Each Bloom Bar is designed for 10 people. Need more flowers? You can increase the size in groups of 5 attendees to fit your event (select from the menu above and add to your cart).
Bloom Bar Options
Mini Bloom Bar — $18 per person
- 4-5 flower stems per guest
- 1 piece of greenery per guest
- Designed for a mini bouquet or a lush bud vase
Standard Bloom Bar — $29 per person
- 8-10 flower stems per guest
- 2-3 pieces of greenery per guest
- Designed for a small arrangement or a hand-tied bouquet
All stem counts are approximate and may vary slightly based on seasonal availability and flower type.

Please note: Orders must be placed by the Sunday before your selected pick-up date in order to be filled at 3pm (i.e. if you want to pick up on Thursday, September 10th, your order must be in by Sunday, September 7th at 3pm.); Otherwise, your order may be cancelled.
