DIY Winter Planter Kit

Have some of the items at home for your Winter Planter and just need a few things?  Or want to host your own Winter Planter DIY day and need all the fixin's?

I got you friend!  Look no further than our DIY kits/items!

Select from a full planter kit (called All the Fixin's) or individual items (listed below) to level up your winter planter.  These items are available for pick-up at the farm or delivery (select the date you want on this page).

Here are your options:

• All the Fixin's (3 birch poles, 1 stem of fresh ilex red berries, 2 stems of Magnolia leaves, 3 dried lotus pods, 1 giant pine cone, 2 smaller pine cones, 1 bundle of pine, 1 bunch of cedar and 1 bundle of fir, handful of red dogwood)
