Flower Subscription for Mom

Treat Mom to a flower subscription this year!

This once-a-month for 6 months flower delivery will bring the best of our farm to your home the first week of every month.  And the first delivery is the week before Mother's Day!

Mom will receive our signature hand-tied bouquet ($35 value) once a month for 6 months (May to October) during the first week of that month.  Opt for delivery or come to the farm and pick-up your bouquet and deliver it to her personally each month.

Delivery is $9.95 per bouquet ($9.95 x 6) for the season.  Delivered to any of the regions listed below.

The Finer Details:

• 6 Month Subscription: Receive a bouquet once a month for 6 months (May to October)
• Delivery Regions: KW-Cambridge, Guelph-Rockwood, Centre Wellington-Minto-Mapleton-North Wellington (see delivery times below). Delivery is only $9.95 per bouquet.
• Porch Drop-Offs Only: We’ll provide a bucket with your first delivery to leave out for future drop-offs.
• Opt for On-Farm Pick-Up: Pick up at the farm on Saturdays during Flower Farm Shop hours.

Pick-Up/Delivery Schedule:

• Wednesdays (5am to 9am): Rockwood, Guelph, KW-Cambridge
  (May 7th, June 4th, July 2nd, August 6th, September 3rd, October 1st)
• Thursdays (5am to 9am): Mapleton, Minto, North Wellington, Centre Wellington
  (May 8th, June 5th, July 3rd, August 7th, September 4th, October 2nd)
• Saturdays (10am to 3pm): Pick-up at the Farm Shop
  (May 10th, June 7th, July 5th, August 9th, September 6th, October 4th)
