Thanks for Helping Me Grow

What better way to say thank you for an amazing year than this adorable plant + tag.

The tag reads "Thanks for Helping Me Grow" and is placed alongside a kalanchoe plant (assorted colours) that will bloom for 6-8 weeks (that's almost the entire summer!) in a mug of your choice.

Yup, the "pot" is a mug and you have two colours to pick from: soft purple or sage green.

Pick-up at the farm is available or have us deliver your gift.  We will be open an extra day on Wednesday, June 24th for pick-ups.
